Welcome to The Good Decisions. The following terms govern the sale of products through our online store www.thegooddecisions.com, owned by Martin Gastón Leto, X3087881Q

1. Purchasing Process
All purchases are made through our website via the secure WooCommerce platform. The customer selects the products, any customizations (if applicable), and proceeds to payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.

2. Product Customization
Many of our products are made to order with specific customizations provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details carefully before placing the order.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the checkout process. We accept payment by card, bank transfer, and other options available on the website.

4. Shipping
We currently ship throughout Spain. For international shipments, we offer global production but transport costs must be quoted individually. If you wish to ship your order outside Spain, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product and the customization. An estimated production and delivery timeframe is indicated on each product page. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as logistics issues or customs.

6. Exchanges and Returns
We do not accept exchanges or returns on customized products, except in cases of our error: stained garment, incorrect size shipped, defective or misaligned printing. In the event of an issue, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photographs of the problem. We will evaluate each case and, if applicable, replace the product at no additional cost.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, the right of withdrawal under Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users does not apply.

8. Warranty
All products carry the statutory warranty against manufacturing defects. Damages resulting from improper use, incorrect washing, or subsequent modifications by the customer are not covered.
