The

process

Manufacture

Manufacturing from scratch, a single intermediary.

If your project needs to be developed from the ground up fabric, pattern, and production we connect every step: design, patternmaking, fabric sourcing, production, customization, and finishing. We guide you from the initial idea to the final garment, ensuring quality, lead times, and consistency throughout the entire process.

Understand the manufacturing options.

Before we start, it’s important to understand all the possibilities we have to create your product from scratch. We can work with different patterns, garment types, cuts, fabrics, finishes, and customization methods. Our team will guide you to choose the option that best fits your project, taking quality, quantities, and budget into account.

Review costs and lead times

Once the concept and technique are defined, we prepare a quote tailored to your needs. Production costs and lead times depend on the type of garment, the complexity of the design, the finishes, and the quantities. The goal is to give you a realistic estimate from the start so you know what to expect at each stage of the process.

Prepare your
artwork files

To move forward with production, we need your design artwork files in high quality. Ideally, we work with vectors (AI, PDF, SVG) or high resolution PNG. The more information we receive (placements, measurements, Pantone colors, visual references), the faster and more accurate the development of your garment will be.

Manufacture Checklist

• Do you have a pattern? (yes / no → if not, we’ll develop it)
• Type of garment to manufacture (T-shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, etc.)
• Fabric type (cotton, polyester, blend, technical, etc.)
• Fabric weight and specifications
• Garment/fabric color (Pantones or exact references)
• Customization technique (DTF, embroidery, vinyl, screen printing, patches, etc.)
• Specific details of the technique (type of embroidery, embroidered/woven patches, matte/gloss vinyl, etc.)
• Design size and placement (if applicable)
• Quantities per size
• Final finishes (ironing, folding, polybagging, labeling, etc.)
• Complete tech pack (with all development information).

Use this checklist to leave nothing to chance: measurements, technique, placements, and lead times. The clearer everything is, the better the result and the faster your order will move forward.

Customize

Garment customization, tailor made from your sofa at home.

If you already have the garment you like, you can turn it into something unique by customizing it with our techniques. From premium embroidery to DTF prints, screen printing, or sublimation, we offer every option so your product reflects your brand’s identity. You choose how; we handle the final result with quality, speed, and consistency throughout the entire process.

Understand the customization options.

On each product page of our website you’ll find the “Personalize” option.
When you select it, the online customizer will open where you can:

  • Choose from different customization options depending on your sector.

  • Select from a wide variety of techniques and sizes.

  • See, in real time, the additional customization cost added to the garment’s price.

Once you have your garment customized, just upload your design in the customizer and add the product to the cart. That way you’ll have the final price locked in before placing your order.

Customize your garment directly on the website.

Before we start, it’s important to understand all the garments, cuts, and techniques we offer to customize your piece. You can choose from over 10.000 options, making your garment a unique piece with your own design. If you need help, our team can guide you to the option that best fits your needs.
