RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy

At The Good Decisions we take the quality of our products and customer satisfaction very seriously. However, due to the customized nature of many of the items we manufacture, the following conditions apply:

1. Customized Products
We do not accept exchanges or returns on customized products, except in the following cases:

  • The garment arrives with manufacturing defects.

  • The print is misaligned, incorrect, or shows visible flaws.

  • The product arrives stained or in poor condition.

In these cases, the customer must report the issue within 7 calendar days of receipt, including:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the defect

  • Description of the problem

After reviewing the claim, we will replace the product at no additional cost, provided The Good Decisions confirms the error.

2. Non-Customized Products
If the product has not been customized and you wish to return it, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs for withdrawals are the customer’s responsibility.
